FAQ’s
-
No at all. However, if you and your keiki do not want to participate on the Sunday we are doing FEX for your keiki’s class (e.g. Orange Room), they will have to stay with you in service.
-
YES. After we release the kids as normal after worship, we will also release the parents that have just registered for FEX that day. Led by Dean, you will follow the keiki in a line behind them and go through the cafe into the classroom while all the kids do the bathroom run as normal.
-
YES. When you sign in your keiki for Kids Ministry as normal, you will also sign yourself in as a GUEST (if it’s your child’s class doing FEX that day, for example, the Blue Room). We will give you sign out instructions after the FEX workshop.
-
Its okay! We will have Bibles available for all to use. However, we recommend all keiki in Orange & Yellow classrooms eventually own their own Bibles… and bring them with them to Kids Ministry! Some keiki bring a bag with their Bible, Journal and Pen. We would love for moms and dads to do the same!
For Orange Room keiki, we recommend the NIrV translation (whatever style of Bible it comes in). For Yellow Room keiki, we recommend the NIV translation.
But if they already have a different translation, it’s fine… bring it!
