God is calling our C4 community to be a catalyst for His bride— the local church. We will not be the biggest church but a catalyst. We’re one battleship where He is building a navy armada for His harvest!
Revival will not be led by one charismatic person or one church. God is raising a Gideon’s Army to make Jesus famous.
BE FIRST. THEN DO.
Is our Christianity more about a relationship with Jesus or is it about religion & performance? Is our identity determined by what we do, what we own, who we know? Our Heavenly Father wants us to be first and then out of that overflow we do but many of us perform or do to be someone.
Because the enemy is a deceiver, he will blind us to our enslavement, where we aren’t even able to get out of the starting gates! Our anxiety, fear, criticism, and anger become like a low-grade fever in our lives and we see it as a normal way to survive the brokenness of the world. Jesus wants more for us!
3 CHALLENGES THE ENEMY WILL GIVE US

We don't see our enslavement to the world.
The enemy is a deceiver and our mind is powerful. We deny. We rationalize. We medicate. We distract. We overcompensate. Like the movie, The Matrix, we really have not experienced any other reality.

We try to muscle it out.
We exercise self-control and self-discipline. This inevitably leads to exhaustion, hiding, and shame. We end up settling and wondering where the freedom that Jesus promises is.

Our microwave mentality.
We’ve bought the lie that the only credible solution is one that gives us instant results. We want the miracle but don’t want to take the time to know the Miracle Giver. We want to be saved but not make Him Lord of our lives.
AN ENCOURAGEMENT FOR US.
In 2022, put your trust in God! Give Him permission to reset your life and create a new wineskin that can receive His new wine! You can trust Him. He knows and loves your family, your comforts, and your fears. Let Him build a new, firm foundation in this season!
There are no qualifications or prerequisites because those He calls, He justifies, and qualifies.
As we set our hearts on Him, He will begin to move us from glory to glory. That’s when we begin to change. That’s when we see transformation in our lives.
One of the biggest compliments people can say about you is, “Wow, you are changing!” It’s a part of God’s creation that healthy things grow and growing things change.

The antidote to our enslavement to the world starts with abiding— intimacy with Jesus like any relationship takes time.
Our purpose: to pursue the freedom to be all God created you to be.
Our goal is to become great fathers, husbands, friends, sons, and daughters while we serve our community. We then begin to advance the Kingdom of God in a way that brings glory to our Heavenly Father.”
