I know… don’t cry!

In Family Equipping Services (FES), parents learn how to disciple, pray for, teach, and minister to their keiki and teens in a way that builds a culture that easily transfers into their home and Circles.

We’re re-working how and when we’ll be doing some FES gatherings in 2024. STAY TUNED!

Questions? We got you…

  • Family Equipping Services (FES) are designed specifically for families (parents, grandparents, kids, teens, and young adults).

  • Please have each family member bring their Bibles, a journal, and a pen to write with. Don’t worry if your keiki doesn’t have a Bible yet, we’ve got some they can use. Check out the video above for more info on what kind of Bible to purchase for your keiki or teen ;)

  • We are aiming to have Nursery and our 2-3yrs class available during the teaching/activation portion of the meeting. However, we will ask you pick up your keiki and bring them back to the main gathering so they can join us in our Holy Spirit ministry time all together.

  • YES!

  • If your keiki is 4yrs old or above, they’ll be with us in the main auditorium for our meeting. We’ll worship together as a family like we always do, the teaching portion won’t be long, and then your family will have some activation time together. We create worksheets that are age-appropriate, so feel free to bring crayons and art supplies your keiki likes to use to color and draw (but we will also provide each family with an art box).

  • Although we’ll be providing the bulk of the teaching, all parents and grandparents will be very active in guiding, sharing, leading, and engaging their keiki/teens throughout the meeting. You will be encouraged to lay hands on your kids in prayer, to hear from God, to read the Bible with them, and to oversee journal and drawing activities. This might be a stretch for you! But don’t worry, as we’ll have our Ministry Team available to help out and will be guiding you each step of the way ;).

  • We totally get your concern, but fear not… all of us are in the same boat! These meetings will def have a culture of chaos attached to them, as we can’t expect our little ones to sit still and pay attention the way we’d wish they can all the time (just like at home!). Although things may be messy, we encourage you to not be anxious about your imperfect keiki because ALL of us are growing and on this journey together. So come just as you are, try and relax, and flow with it!

  • Our background-checked and experienced Ministry Team are the only others who will be praying for, laying hands on, or prophesying over you and your children. Our policy is to always ask before we lay hands on someone to pray, and it is usually on a shoulder or lightly on top of the head. We don’t force people to do anything they’re not comfortable with, push people, or counsel them. We will offer anything we feel God is saying to you or your keiki as a prophetic word that is for you to judge (“eat the meat, spit out the bones”). Although we understand this style of Spirit ministry may be new to many people, our heart is do everything founded on biblical examples, principles, and guidelines.
