Got Questions?
-
Your small group leader will be in touch with you about practical details for your gatherings. In the mean time, make sure each family member has a Bible, a Journal (for the keiki, we recommend a MEAD Composition Journal like this one), and a pen.
-
A “Circle” is a small group that meets to grow in discipleship in homes. It is the term we use in Campfire 4 Families to describe small groups because it reminds us we are circled around the Word & presence of God… like at a campfire. Circles are mainly family-based, but include married couples with no kids, singles, and kupuna.
-
At the end of your small group time, we will ask you fill out a short feedback form that will help us make our program better. Your involvement and insight is critical for this… MAHALO!
-
We highly recommend planning your Circle gathering to begin or end with a potluck meal (breakfast, lunch, or dinner). Some Circles just wing it (like Dean’s ;), with everyone bringing whatever they like. But other Circles use online/apps to organize the potluck. You’re free to do it however you like! We recommend this based on what we see happening in house churches in the Book of Acts, especially in chapter 2.
